We encourage you to test ride as many rides as needed, and to take your time to consider the right ride for you. However, if you want to return or exchange your ride for any reason, you may do so within 7 days and 50 miles of riding. The ride must be in new showroom condition and returned clean and with the original box if it was included at time of purchase. If a ride is returned dirty there will be a $50 cleaning fee. If your ride was shipped to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and if you opt for an exchange you will be responsible for the price difference plus any shipping cost to get the new ride to you.
If you want to return or exchange after this 7 day/50 mile window, please contact us and we will work out a resolution.
